Yakima Dental Assistant School Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be made to any student who is not accepted or cancels the enrollment contract within 5 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after the enrollment contract is signed unless training has begun.
If you have not started training, you may cancel this contract by submitting written notice of such cancellation to the school at its address shown on the contract or emailing the school email. The notice must be postmarked no later than midnight of the fifth business day (excluding Sundays and holidays) following your signing this contract; the written notice may also be personally or otherwise delivered to the school within that time. In event of dispute over timely notice, the burden to prove service rests on the applicant.
1. Refund computations will be based on scheduled course time of class attendance through the last date of attendance. Suspensions and school holidays will not be counted as part of the scheduled class attendance.
2. The school may retain an established registration fee after the fifth business day.
3. After training has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the below chart, excluding the registration fee.
If the student completes this amount of training: The school may keep this percentage of the tuition cost:
One week or up to 10%, whichever is less 10%
More than one week or 10% whichever is less, but less than 25% 25%
25% through 50% 50%
More than 50% 100%
